Delete a customer/supplier account/trading partner

As long as no transactions have been posted to the account you will be able to delete using the following steps:

  1. Click Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger/Nominal Ledger then click Customers/Supplier/Trading Partner

  2. Locate the account required then click the Customer tab/Supplier Tab/Trading Partner

  3. Right click Modify Record

  4. Right Click and select Delete Record.

  5. Select Yes to confirm deletion.

  6. Then go to the Details Tab for the Customer/Supplier

  7. Right click Modify Record

  8. Right Click and select Delete Record.

  9. Select Yes to confirm deletion.
