This error usually occurs because the Tempest database details have not been defined on the interface. To resolve this:
From the Toolbar click System Admin, External Interfaces.
Click Interface Control Panel.
In the top half, select the correct Source ID.
In the bottom half, on the Properties tab, select the Tempest Database.
Define the details and click Apply to save.
Retry defining the allocation.
