If you are experiencing issues with your emails not being sent from the system and you are receiving the error
'Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream'
Then it is likely the case that you are using an Office365 mail server and an update has been done which requires the security standard TLS 1.2.
Safe Financials does not support TLS 1.2 and so you will need to disable this requirement on your mail server.
Since Microsoft will at some point require all of their mail servers to utilise TLS 1.2 there is development work being done on Safe Financials to ensure we are compatible with this standard.
