KOFAX transactions in quality control queue with status error

If you have transactions within Kofax sitting in the Quality Control queue with Status Error then you will need to identify the reason for the error.



If the error is, KTM Server Error:


Then it is likely this was caused by the KTM Service going down when the transaction was being processed. To process this transaction, the batches should be unrejected which will allow the invoices to be reprocessed by KTM Server arriving at Validation.



If the error is, Export errors:


This means the transactions failed to export to the Safe Financials system. This is likely to be due to a piece of data that the Export Connector system could not accept but also cannot reject as the error handling does not exist to address it. Currently the only way to progress this error is to have it removed and the invoices pushed back through the system from the start.
